The ML42 measures level and liquid-liquid interface by buoyancy: a displacer suspended from a torque tube converts level change into a precise digital signal. Multi-point linearization, self-compensation and continuous self-diagnostics deliver ±0.5% FS accuracy with high long-term stability, and SIL2/3 certification covers safety-related service.
The full-text graphic LCD shows current, process variable, temperature and percent of range, and the meter adapts to the measuring point on site without calibration. Built-in RFI/EMI filtering keeps the signal clean in electrically noisy plants.
