Haina Meter Instrument Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial flow meters and level instruments based in Liaocheng, Shandong, China. Since 2013, we have built instruments that measure flow and level in the pipelines and tanks of water plants, chemical works, refineries, power stations and factories. Our Factory and History
Haina Meter was founded in 2013 in Liaocheng, a manufacturing city in western Shandong, China. From the beginning, the company has focused on one field: industrial instruments for measuring flow and level. The first product lines were our core flow meters — metal tube rotameters and electromagnetic flow meters — instruments that are still at the centre of the range today.
Over the years, the catalogue grew step by step, following the jobs our customers brought to us. Vortex and target flow meters were added for steam, gas and difficult, dirty media. A complete level line followed: guided wave radar and non-contact pulse radar transmitters, magnetostrictive and displacer level transmitters, and magnetic level indicators for local reading on tanks. Around these instruments we added the supporting devices that complete a measuring point — bubbler level systems, constant-flow purge devices and loop-powered displays.
Today, one factory team in Liaocheng designs, builds and supports all 15 models in this catalogue, and sells them directly to end users, engineering companies and distributors abroad. Product Features
Many measuring principles, one supplier. Flow is covered by variable-area (metal tube rotameter), electromagnetic, vortex and target principles, plus flow switches and a micro-flow line for dosing and purge duty. Level is covered by guided wave radar, pulse radar, magnetostrictive, displacer (buoyancy), bubbler (air purge) and magnetic-float principles, with loop displays to complete the loop. Whatever the medium, there is usually a principle in the range that fits it.
Signals your control system already speaks. Instruments offer local pointer or LCD indication and, depending on the model, 4–20 mA, pulse/frequency and alarm outputs, HART, RS485/Modbus and — on flagship models — FOUNDATION Fieldbus, PROFIBUS and Ethernet-APL.
Sizes and connections for real plants. Flanged, threaded, wafer and insertion constructions cover lines from DN2.5 dosing pipes to insertion probes in pipes up to DN3000, and level ranges from 200 mm to radar ranges of 120 m.
Built for process extremes. Across the range, models handle process temperatures from -196 °C to +450 °C and pressures up to 42 MPa. Housings are typically IP65 to IP67, and intrinsically safe and flameproof versions are available on many models for hazardous areas.
Materials matched to the medium. Wetted parts come in 304, 316 and 316L stainless steel as standard, with PTFE/PFA linings and Hastelloy, titanium or tantalum parts for corrosive service — the same material options run through the flow and the level ranges.

Applications
Water and wastewater. Electromagnetic flow meters measure raw water, drinking water and effluent, while radar and bubbler level instruments watch over tanks, sumps and sludge pits in treatment plants and environmental monitoring stations.
Chemical and petrochemical. Lined rotameters and radar transmitters with PTFE antennas handle acids, alkalis and solvents; bubbler systems measure level in crystallising and fouling liquids where contact instruments clog.
Oil and gas. Target flow meters meter dirty crude, associated water and fuel gas at low velocities and large diameters; purge devices protect tapping points on refining and ethylene units.
Power and boilers. Vortex meters with built-in temperature and pressure compensation deliver steam mass flow for boiler houses and heating plants; level instruments serve condensate and feedwater tanks.
Steel, food, pharmaceutical and marine. Magnetic level indicators give power-free local readings on metallurgy and utility tanks; sanitary electromagnetic meters and micro-flow rotameters dose ingredients and additives in food and pharmaceutical plants; magnetostrictive transmitters provide high-accuracy gauging for fuel and solvent tanks, on land and offshore.

“The reading drifts, or the meter fails early.” Most early failures are a wrong principle or a wrong material, not a bad meter. We match the principle to your medium first — and flagship models add built-in self-diagnostics (empty-pipe, coating, bubble and sensor checks) that warn you before accuracy is lost.
“Our medium is corrosive, hot, viscous or dirty.” This is the work much of the range was built for: PTFE/PFA-lined wetted parts for acids and alkalis, target meters that tolerate solids and low flow velocities, and bubbler level measurement that never touches the medium at all.
“Replacing our imported brand costs too much.” Our instruments use the same mainstream measuring principles, standard flange connections and 4–20 mA / HART / Modbus signals as the large international brands, so replacement is mechanically and electrically straightforward — at a factory-direct price.
“We need support after the sale, not just a box.” The MF1’s modular transmitter can be exchanged or upgraded on site, and the MF4 vortex sensor can be replaced without stopping the flow. For everything else, wiring diagrams, parameter help and troubleshooting are one email or WhatsApp message away.
